I try to make things as cost effective as possible, however shipping rates have risen quite a bit in the last few years. I do want to make sure you get your boujee beadwork and nifty things safely and in a timely fashion and our shipping rates reflect that extra bit of care.

If you noticed your pretty things arrived in interesting packaging, I try to reuse boxes and packaging whenever possible. This means lower costs for you and less garbage being tossed.

returns & exchanges

Unfortunately returns and exchanges aren’t possible. If you have a serious concern, please connect with me via email.

damaged or faulty goods

The Minions and I try really hard to make sure every piece that is sent to you is in excellent condition. Some variations in printing or finish may exist, but what you choose should be intact and usable. If you find damage please connect with us immediately, including pictures of the damage.
